The Opportunity:

Exciting opportunities exist for experienced Health and Lifestyle Coaches to join our team on a Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) roster, supporting one of our villages in regional Western Australia. We are enhancing the workplace experience across our WA Villages — and your innovation and flair will play a key role in driving this positive change.

In this role, you will assist and coordinate onsite operations, ensuring the effective performance and successful delivery of the Health and Lifestyle Program in alignment with contract scope requirements and ISS program deliverables.

A key focus will be on fostering strong client relationships and upholding ISS’s commitment to excellence through our Integrated Management System. Our goal is to consistently deliver high-quality services while maintaining a proactive approach to risk management — ensuring the health, safety, and environmental wellbeing of our staff, contractors, and visitors.

To be considered:

  • Minimum Diploma in Health/Fitness – highly desirable is completed/near-completion tertiary qualification in Human Movement, Health Science, Exercise Science or similar
  • Current accreditation with Fitness Australia or ESSA
  • Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience managing projects in the health and recreation industry.
  • Pilates Certification / Qualification (Highly Desirable)
  • Manual WA Drivers Licence  
  • Full working rights in Australia 
  • Successful completion, near completion (or will consider willingness to complete)
  • Have a willingness and be prepared to undertake training and education as required
  • Be committed to and have a pro-active approach with regards to occupational Health, Safety and Environment
  • Formal training and demonstrated experience in delivering a variety of Group Fitness Classes including ability to quality control staff group fitness classes for safety of participants.
  • Experience and / or qualifications in event management
  • Significant experience managing and supervising staff, ability to set targets to achieve high performance and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with demonstrated high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated financial and budgetary management experience.
  • Demonstrated presentation, professionalism and relationship management skills.
