The Opportunity:

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for resilient, reliable, and team-oriented Housekeeping Utilities to join ISS Facility Services on remote WA mine sites.

We have Full Time and Casual FIFO opportunities departing from Perth Airport on a 14:7 roster. You’ll work 10–12 hour shifts in remote environments where red dust gets everywhere, the days can feel long, and your step count will definitely look impressive by the end of shift.

This role suits people who enjoy staying active, can work independently, and understand that FIFO life isn’t a holiday, but it can be rewarding, stable, and a great way to save money while working with a supportive team.

About the Role:

Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Delivering a home away from home experience for residents on site
• Clean and maintain accommodation rooms, bathrooms, and village facilities
• Make beds, strip and replace linen, and manage laundry processes
• Ensure all areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks within required timeframes
• Use and store cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
• Maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies
• Report maintenance issues and support site standards
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily targets
• Working in physically demanding conditions - plenty of walking, lifting, bending, and cleaning in a fast-paced environment

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Valid C Class Driver’s Licence
• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a similar role
• Previous FIFO or mine site experience would be highly advantageous
• A clear National Police Clearance less than 12 months old
• The ability to work FIFO from Perth Airport on a 14:7 roster
• Full Australian working rights
• A willingness to assist across departments when required
• Fitness and resilience to pass a mining pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening, ongoing through employment
• Reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work well both independently and within a team
• Basic tech confidence to complete online inductions and use onsite systems for timesheets and training
