We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ESG Administrator to support one of our iconic precinct contracts by managing KPI reporting, accurate data management, contract reporting, dashboard administration, IoT system monitoring, and ESG performance visibility.
This role supports contract performance, compliance, risk visibility, and continuous improvement by maintaining reliable reporting, clean system data, and audit-ready documentation. The position is suited to someone who can work across systems, interpret operational performance, and provide insights that support clear decision-making.
About the Role
The ESG Administrator supports our contract by managing KPI reporting, governance dashboards, ESG and sustainability metrics, system data, and IoT information. The role also provides practical support to the day-to-day operations of the parkland, working under the guidance of the Key Account Manager and Operations Manager. The role enables accurate performance monitoring, compliance reporting, risk management, and informed decision-making across the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting tools, including Power BI, to provide clear visibility of contract performance.
- Consolidate data across systems to support weekly and monthly KPI, service delivery, performance, and sustainability reporting.
- Manage and monitor data across UKG, VelocityEHS, iAuditor, SIMPPLE sensors, and other IoT or reporting platforms.
- Track ESG and sustainability outcomes, including waste management, environmental performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain data accuracy, governance standards, audit-ready documentation, and contract compliance reporting requirements.
- Support WHS compliance by maintaining accurate safety reporting data and escalating safety, compliance, or system anomalies in a timely manner.
- Analyse trends to identify non-compliance risks, performance gaps, service improvement opportunities, and data quality issues.
- Support preparation of monthly management reports, KPI performance reports, audit material, and client reporting requirements.
- Work with operations, commercial, reporting, compliance, client, supplier, and technology stakeholders to support contract outcomes.
- Provide practical day-to-day operational support across the parkland, working with the Key Account Manager, Operations Manager, and site teams as required.
- Assist with system configuration, data entry, reporting consolidation, and other contract administration activities as required.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and dashboard management capability.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar reporting platforms.
- Ability to interpret KPIs, service delivery performance, ESG metrics, and operational trends.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy, governance, and audit-ready documentation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work across multiple systems and stakeholders.
- Experience in facilities management, service-based contracts, system administration, analytics, or contract reporting.
- Exposure to ESG reporting, sustainability initiatives, WHS reporting, IoT-enabled systems, or smart technology platforms is highly regarded.
