We’re seeking an experienced Engineering & Asset Manager to spearhead the implementation of our Global Asset Management Blueprint, driving reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across our critical infrastructure assets.
The role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
About the Role
As the Engineering & Asset Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team across Asset Planning & Scheduling, BMS Operations, and Contract Administration. Your mission: deliver world-class technical asset management services that optimise lifecycle costs and ensure zero network outages.
You’ll harness the power of advanced analytics and CMMS systems to:
- Develop predictive maintenance strategies
- Drive capital planning and operational improvements
- Standardise asset management processes and reporting
- Identify and mitigate asset-related risks
- Enhance energy efficiency and reduce lifecycle costs
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary technical team
- Implement predictive maintenance and real-time monitoring programs
- Analyse asset performance data to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure contractual compliance and operational excellence
- Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Integrate asset appraisal programs to strengthen data foundations
Minimum Criteria:
- Proven experience in engineering or asset management leadership
- Expertise in CMMS systems and data analytics
- Strong understanding of lifecycle cost optimisation and capital planning
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
