Key Purpose: 

You’ll be the driving force behind workplace transformation, coordinating multiple workstreams, managing vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. From space optimisation to relocation sequencing, you’ll bring clarity, structure, and innovation to every initiative.

What You Will Be Responsible For: 

• Oversee and coordinate all project workstreams, chairing meetings and tracking progress

• Manage vendors and ensure timely, accurate delivery of minor works and work orders

• Collaborate with Workplace teams, UX designers, and client stakeholders to deliver optimal space solutions

• Lead space management initiatives including moves, relocations, and space utilisation strategies

• Provide data-driven insights on workplace behaviours and space usage

• Maintain Serraview database as the source of truth for workplace assets

• Act as SME for space planning systems and processes

• Deliver high-quality reporting and stakeholder engagement

Success Looks Like: 

• Seamless delivery of minor projects across ANZ sites

• High customer satisfaction and stakeholder feedback

• Strong vendor relationships and internal collaboration

What You Will Bring: 

• 5+ years’ experience in workplace, facilities, space planning or change management

• Proven ability to manage distributed teams and complex stakeholder networks

• Strong background in workplace operations and customer service excellence

• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills

• Confident communicator and influencer
