The Opportunity

ISS is seeking an experienced DIDO (Drive-In/Drive-Out) Mine Site Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning operations at our remote mining village in Central QLD. Working on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, you will rotate with another Supervisor to ensure seamless site coverage and maintain a strong work–life balance.

• Lead and motivate a team of mine site cleaners to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
• Create efficient cleaning schedules and allocate tasks to meet site requirements.
• Inspire a culture of safety and teamwork that delivers spotless, reliable facilities every single day
• Monitor cleaning standards and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance.
• Manage stock control of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Work closely with the Site Manager and other departments to support smooth daily operations.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to help them grow and succeed

What you'll get:

What You Need:

• Previous experience as a Mine Site Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

• Good understanding of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and safety requirements.

• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.

• A National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months).

• Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 (highly desirable).
