The opportunity :
We are currently seeking a Workforce Planning & Mobilisation Administrator to join our team in Brisbane Office at South Bank.
In this role, you will coordinate and manage the mobilisation of a casual workforce across our FIFO / DIDO resource sites. You will be responsible for allocating staff to meet operational requirements while ensuring compliance with workforce policies, training requirements, and site readiness.
Working closely with recruitment teams, you will also help maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of casual employees to support ongoing operational demands
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate rostering and allocation of casual employees across multiple FIFO / DIDO sites.
• Monitor workforce requests and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of employee availability, allocations, and training compliance.
• Support onboarding, inductions, and pre-employment requirements for new hires.
• Work closely with recruitment teams to maintain a strong casual workforce pipeline.
• Provide guidance to operations on UKG (Kronos), awards, and workforce standards.
• Liaise with operations, HR, and recruitment regarding workforce needs.
• Prepare workforce reports and support operational planning.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and in line with company policies, including EEO and workplace conduct.

Previous experience in workforce coordination, recruitment, or a similar role.

Understanding of FIFO / DIDO workforce planning and resourcing.

Experience with rostering systems such as UKG (Kronos) is highly desirable.
