We are currently inviting applicants from experienced and motivated background into administration, cleaning & housekeeping role to work at our Defence Site in Port Wakefield.

Position Details: Operations Support

• Accommodation Receptionist duties.
• Assist with the Housekeeping in LIA Accommodation spaces as and when required.
• Pool/Gym Attendant duties; limited to manage open/close of facility, clean and water test).
• Backfilling the Transport Coordinator when they are on leave, with Drive the Ambulance to escort Paramedics to range when needed.
• Excellent Customer Service focus.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
• Computer, word processing and technical knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Australian Citizenship
• Provide a Clear Police check
• Ability to obtain a pre-employment medical clearance (including Drug & Alcohol testing)
• Relevant qualifications are essential
• Defence or military experience – highly desirable
• Open to obtaining a defence clearance through our process
