Opportunities are available across a range of roles including hospitality, cleaning, transport, and fitness. Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, facilities, transport, fitness, or similar service-based roles is welcomed, but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidates.

In this role, you'll support the smooth day-to-day operations of Defence sites, helping to maintain safe, clean, and well-presented environments while contributing to a professional and supportive workplace.

Current Opportunities

🍽 Catering / Utilities

Utilities and Utilities Bar

• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Assisting in the preparation of food
• Waiting tables in both a dining room and Function capacity
• Clean dining facilities and common areas
• Restocking of shelves

🧹 Cleaning, Housekeeping & Reservations

Cleaners

• Clean offices, accommodation and common areas
• Maintain safe, hygienic and welcoming environments
• Work as part of a supportive site team
• Service accommodation rooms
• Laundry and linen duties
• Guest assistance and reservation support

🏊 Fitness

Qualified Lifeguards & Gym Instructors

• Support Defence health and wellbeing programs
• Supervise aquatic facilities and fitness centres
• Deliver excellent customer service

🚐 Transport

Drivers

• Safely transport Defence personnel across site
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections
• Provide professional customer service

About You

We're looking for people who:

• Take pride in their work and attention to detail
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Are reliable, punctual and safety focused
• Enjoy working both independently and in a team
• Have good communication and time management skills

Previous commercial cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential, as training will be provided.

Minimum Requirements

• Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Baseline Clearance
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including Drug & Alcohol screening
• Relevant licences or qualifications where applicable
• Defence or military experience is highly regarded but not essential
