| The Periodical Cleaning Team Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating specialised cleaning operations across Defence facilities, ensuring all periodical cleaning programs are planned, scheduled and delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires extensive knowledge of specialist cleaning processes and equipment, including scrubbers, carpet extractors, pressure washers and window cleaning systems, along with strong leadership skills to supervise, train and support cleaning teams. Working closely with site management, the Team Lead ensures quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, compliance with Defence and ISS requirements, and the successful delivery of services such as carpet cleaning, strip and seal programs, pressure washing and deep cleaning activities.
