Are you passionate about data, reporting, and driving real impact in aviation operations? ISS is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Aviation & Transport team. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely reporting that supports operational excellence on a Full-time, on-site Monday to Friday basis.
About The Position:
As the Operations coordinator, you will manage data collection, validation, and reporting processes across our aviation operations. You’ll work closely with IT teams, operational leaders, and external stakeholders to maintain robust reporting systems, troubleshoot data issues, and drive continuous improvement.
This role is more than just numbers—it’s about creating an engaged aviation team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and helps our clients achieve their commercial goal
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and templates.
- Collect, validate, and analyse data from internal and external sources.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for operational, compliance, and strategic use.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
- Support the Business Analyst in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with airport operations, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Participate in system upgrades and new reporting tool implementations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in reporting and compliance.

What we are looking for:
Essential:
- Experience in reporting, data coordination, or administration in a regulated environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Basic understanding of databases and data structures.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Qualifications in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Pass an instant drug and alcohol test
Desirable:
- Experience working with IT teams or technical environments.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages.
- Exposure to project coordination or process improvement.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and web design.
