We’re seeking a seasoned Technology Solutions Lead to join our high-performing team and help shape the future of our technology landscape.

This role can work from either of our corporate office locations in Macquarie Park, NSW or Melbourne CBD.

As a senior member of the Technology Solutions team, this Business Partnering role will see you lead the design and delivery of innovative technology solutions that meet client needs and contractual obligations. You’ll manage solution architecture, onboarding new customers, system enhancements, and collaborate with vendors and global teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design across CRM, BI, mobile, and integration technologies
• Oversee project delivery and change management
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose outcomes
• Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovations
• Manage SDLC and contribute to continuous improvement

✅ What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in a business or IT related discipline
• 7+ years in solution design, project delivery, and technology implementation
• Strong technical background in programming, databases, and architecture
• Experience with Asset or Field Service Management technologies
• Familiarity with Jira, CI/CD, DevOps, and integration patterns
• Tertiary qualifications in IT or Business
• Commercial mindset and stakeholder engagement skills

🌟 Desirable Extras

• Certifications in Project Management, Agile, or TOGAF
• Experience in BI/Analytics, consulting, or pre-sales engineering
• Industry experience in outsourcing or industrial services
