We’re on the lookout for multiple Facility Managers to work on an exciting new contract across Australia.
All roles will report directly into the Key Account Manager
About the Role
The Facility Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant, efficient and consistent delivery of all in-scope facilities management services at the our key manufacturing clients sites.
The role is the primary on-Sites point of contact for service delivery matters and has overall accountability for operational performance, customer satisfaction, statutory and contractual compliance, financial outcomes, asset management and the delivery of agreed KPIs and SLAs.
The Facility Manager will lead, manage service partners and subcontractors, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, support Sites audits and identify continuous improvement, risk-reduction and cost-efficiency opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Safety, Health & Environment Management
- Ensure compliance with all client and ISS HSEQ policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture through hazard management, incident reporting and visible leadership.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance across employees, contractors and sites.
- Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions and maintain accurate reporting records.
Client Liaison
- Act as the primary Facilities Management contact for clients, tenants and key stakeholders.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings and operational support.
- Oversee the delivery of contracted Facilities Management services within agreed budgets and service levels.
- Coordinate maintenance, capital works and site activities to minimise disruption to operations.
Building, Essential Safety Measures & Compliance
- Ensure all buildings, assets and essential safety measures remain compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Implement asset management plans and maintain accurate asset, compliance and site records.
- Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify and address compliance and maintenance issues.
- Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure works are completed safely and to standard.
